JAG (Junior Adventures Group) Breakfast and After School Club at The Alderton Infant and Junior Schools

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) Ofsted registered clubs offer fun and affordable childcare delivered in a safe and supervised environment.  Their qualified staff are DBS checked to an enhanced level, first aid qualified and are experienced and passionate about the activities they offer.

JAG clubs are designed to provide children with a happy, safe place to play freely, as well as take part in structured activities such as arts and crafts and active play. A healthy snack and specially crafted programme can be enjoyed!

The free breakfast provision is now up and running. This is part of a government initiative to ensure all pupils are able to have a healthy start to the day and also to provide support for working parents. The government has calculated that savings for working parents could amount to £450 per year.

We are working with JAG to ensure this can happen for all our families. The club breakfast has a wide range of choices: there will be bread, toast or bagels with a choice of toppings; yoghurts and a variety of fresh fruits.

If you wish your child to attend breakfast club, (either every day or just for some days) please book a space via JAG's online Magic Booking system How to create an account Booking Process Guide. Although the club is free from 8.05-8.35am, places need to be booked to ensure that we have the correct staff ratios for th number of pupils present. Those without a booking will not be able to attend on the day and will need to remain with the adult dropping them off. Can we also please ask that if your child is not going to attend on the days that you have booked, please cancel the booking.
